Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms and conditions govern the use of online gift certificates issued by LORDSYSTEM Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Company”) by the holder (hereinafter referred to as “Customer”) between the customer and the Company and the person who has entered into a franchise agreement with the Company (hereinafter referred to as “Affiliate”).
Article 2 (Definition of online gift certificate)
- Mobile gift certificate: A gift certificate with a certificate stored in a mobile device that states that the amount, etc. is recorded as electronic information.
- Online gift certificate: Gift certificate that can be viewed and used only online.
- Customer: refers to a person who purchases an online gift certificate directly or receives it as a gift and uses it as a means of registering (recharging) the “Trip.PASS app”.
Article 3 (Use of online gift certificates)
Online gift certificates are gift certificates that can be registered (recharged) on the company's mobile “Trip.PASS app” after purchase.
Article 4 (Restrictions on use of online gift certificates)
In any of the following cases, the use of all or part of an online gift certificate may be restricted or suspended:
- If the gift certificate was obtained illegally or fraudulently, other than through a normal online gift certificate provided by the company.
- In case of force majeure such as natural disaster or national emergency.
Article 5 (Issuance of online gift certificates, etc.)
- The company bears all costs incurred when issuing online gift certificates (text message sending, gift certificate issuance costs, etc.).
- Issuer: LORDSYSTEM Co.,Ltd.
- Purchase price: See online gift certificate.
- Validity period: 5 years from the date of issuance, which is the statute of limitations for commercial bonds.
- Relevant phone number to contact in case of consumer damage: 1833-6775.
- If the online gift certificate is damaged due to the customer's negligence, the cost of reissuing (resending, etc.) will be borne by the customer within the range of actual costs.
- If an online gift certificate is issued to another person due to the customer's negligence, the company will provide the customer with a method to correct the online gift certificate to the extent that it has not been used.
Article 6 (Statute of Prescription)
- When 5 years have elapsed from the date of purchase of an online gift certificate, the statute of limitations for commercial claims under the Commercial Act has expired, and customers cannot request registration (recharge), refund, or balance return on the “Trip.PASS app.”
- For specific online gift certificates sold in partnership with events held by the company and agency sales outlets, the validity period of the online gift certificate may be limited by stating on the online gift certificate page or usage instructions.
- In calculating the period under Paragraph 1, filial piety is completed upon extinction sequentially starting from the charging date.
Article 7 (Refund)
- If a customer requests to cancel the purchase of an online gift certificate, the entire purchase amount will be refunded within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- After the period specified in Paragraph 1 above has elapsed, online gift certificates will not be returned for cash. After registering (charging) the “Trip.PASS app,” the “Trip.PASS” terms and conditions apply.
- After registering (recharging) the “Trip.PASS app,” follow the “Trip.PASS” terms and conditions.
- However, in the following cases, a refund request is possible regardless of the balance:
- When online gift certificates cannot be used due to natural disasters, etc.
- When the service cannot be maintained due to various circumstances of the company.
- Online gift certificates received as prizes through promotions, events, etc. that were not purchased directly by the customer cannot be refunded.
Article 8 (Payment Guarantee, etc.)
This online gift certificate is an online gift certificate issued on the company's credit without entering into a separate payment guarantee or damage compensation insurance contract.
Article 9 (Company's Responsibilities)
- The company bears ultimate responsibility for the customer's rights related to the use of online gift certificates.
- If damage occurs to the customer due to forgery or alteration of data, the company will compensate the customer for the damage. However, this does not apply if the company proves responsibility for the customer's negligence in management or proves that it is due to force majeure such as a natural disaster.
Article 10 (Dispute Resolution)
Lawsuits regarding disputes that arise between the Company and the Customer in relation to these Terms and Conditions shall be filed in the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
Article 11 (Other)
In case of matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions or if there is a dispute over the interpretation of the Terms and Conditions, the decision shall be made by agreement between the Customer and the Company. However, in cases where agreement is not reached, the “Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions,” “Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.,” “Electronic Financial Transactions Act,” “Basic Terms and Conditions for Electronic Financial Transactions,” “Framework Act on Telecommunications,” and relevant laws and transaction practices such as the Telecommunications Business Act and the Specialized Credit Finance Act shall apply.
